Washington, DC (Jan 2003)

I spent several days in Washington, DC to participate in the annual TRB meeting.  After the convention, my friend Bill drove to DC from Connecticut.  We toured some of the sites in the Capitol and then toured Maryland and Delaware.   

Washington, DC (January, 2007)

I spent several days in Washington, DC again to participate in the annual TRB meeting.  After the meeting, my friend Bill and I went to Georgetown to see the sites, eat the food and relax.

Washington, DC (August, 2007)

I spent a few days in Washington, DC to participate in a study with the National Academy of Sciences.  I was able to squeeze in a little sight seeing after working for the day.  Weather was mid to upper 90s with extreme humidity.

The hotels above are historic hotels in the Metro Center.  I ate at both.  Food was amazing.

Washington, DC (November, 2007)

I spent a few more days in Washington, DC to participate in a study with the National Academy of Sciences.  This trip was a little shorter and a little cooler.

Washington, DC (January, 2008)

In January, 2008 I spent several days in Washington, DC for the annual TRB event.
